VanillaTree is such a fab little place on St Cuthbertâs Street and a nice change from the usual coffee chains in town! The bagels are what really make this place stand out, all hand rolled and baked in-house which you donât find very often. The salt beef bagel is a bit of a local favourite and the coffee is lovely too. Thereâs always something tempting on the cake counter, especially the Portuguese custard tarts and cinnamon challah! Love how quirky and cosy it feels inside, with all the artwork and little personal touches. Itâs dog friendly aswell which is a massive bonus, especially when youâre out and about with your four legged friend. Just a really nice independent Bedford cafe with loads of character.
