Why Visit

Little Munchkins Play Barn is a small, welcoming indoor soft-play centre at The Olde Watermill in Barton-le-Clay, designed specifically for babies, toddlers and children up to five. It offers a climbing frame and slide, ball pit, sandpit, play kitchen, reading area, colouring and plenty of other toys to keep little ones entertained.

One of its biggest advantages is that the play areas are designed with younger children in mind, rather than being dominated by older kids. There is also an enclosed outdoor play area with AstroTurf, giving children the opportunity to get some fresh air as well as enjoy the indoor facilities.

Parents haven’t been forgotten either. The comfortable seating area is positioned so adults can relax with a coffee while keeping an eye on their children. Tea, coffee, sandwiches, cakes and biscuits are available, making it a pleasant place to meet another parent or enjoy a quiet break while the little ones play.

Little Munchkins is also a popular choice for children’s birthday parties, offering private use of the play barn and soft-play area. With its focus on younger children, relaxed atmosphere and manageable size, it is a particularly good option for families with babies and preschoolers looking for a gentle, toddler-friendly day out.
