Dough Batch Bakery is one of those little places that makes living around Bedford so nice! Tucked away in Box End, it’s a lovely change from the usual busy coffee shops in town. The freshly baked pastries are the real attraction here, along with the homemade cakes and artisan breads. There’s always something tempting to choose from and it’s the sort of place where you go in for a coffee and end up wanting a cake aswell haha! I love that it’s dog friendly, so it’s a handy little stop when you’re out exploring the villages around Bedford. The garden is a nice bonus when the suns out and having free parking makes popping in so much easier. It’s not a huge place, but that’s part of its charm. A lovely independent bakery worth knowing about!
Dough Batch Bakery is such a nice little find out in Box End! It’s one of those places where you pop in for a coffee and end up eyeing up half the cake counter haha! The freshly baked pastries and homemade cakes are what really make it special, and it’s lovely having somewhere independent that puts so much care into its baking. Really like that it’s dog friendly too, so you can bring your four legged friend along for a little coffee stop. There’s parking which makes life easier and a nice outdoor area for when the weathers good. It’s a little out of the way if you’re coming from Bedford town centre, but that’s part of the charm. A really sweet spot for a coffee, a catch up and something tasty to take home!
